Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une fiduciaire basée au centre de Genève un(e) Comptable confirmé(e) / Responsable de mandats pour un poste fixe.Vous prenez en charge de manière autonome un portefeuille de clients et assurez le suivi complet de leurs dossiers, tant sur les aspects comptables que salariaux, fiscaux et administratifs.Vous évoluez dans un environnement entrepreneurial privilégiant les outils digitaux tout en conservant une relation de proximité avec ses clients.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de clientsAssurer la tenue complète des comptabilités jusqu'au bouclement
  • Réaliser les clôtures intermédiaires et annuelles et établir les états financiers
  • Élaborer les tableaux de bord et assurer le suivi de la trésorerie et des flux financiers
  • Gérer les opérations bancaires, factures clients et paiements fournisseurs
  • Établir les salaires et prendre en charge les démarches administratives liées au personnel
  • Effectuer les déclarations sociales mensuelles et annuelles et assurer les relations avec les caisses de compensation
  • Préparer les déclarations fiscales des personnes physiques et morales
  • Établir et contrôler les décomptes TVA et assurer les échanges avec les administrations fiscales
  • Présenter les comptes aux clients et les accompagner dans le suivi de leurs dossiers
  • Assurer une coordination efficace avec les autres membres de l'équipe et effectuer un reporting auprès de la direction

Profil

  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en fiduciaire en Suisse en qualité de responsable de mandats
  • Expérience dans la gestion autonome d'un portefeuille clients conséquent
  • Excellentes connaissances en comptabilité, fiscalité et gestion des salaires
  • Maîtrise des outils bureautiques usuels, notamment MS Office et SharePoint
  • La connaissance d' Odoo et de WinEUR Salaires constitue un réel atout
  • Français courant et bonnes connaissances en anglais ; toute autre langue est un plus
  • Excellente capacité d'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs dossiers et échéances simultanément
  • Personne autonome, proactive, rigoureuse et précise
  • Bonne résistance au stress et capacité à respecter des délais exigeants
  • Très bon relationnel et véritable orientation client
  • Sens aigu de la confidentialité et des responsabilités
