Muller Immobilier Gestion de Projets SA est une structure dynamique active dans le développement, la promotion et la gestion de projets immobiliers. Pour soutenir l'ensemble de nos entités et accompagner notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) comptable polyvalent(e), autonome et rigoureux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Votre mission ##

Comptabilité & Finance ###

  • Tenue de la comptabilité financière complète de 3 entités.
  • Gestion autonome des comptabilités fournisseurs et débiteurs pour 4 entités.
  • Établissement et contrôle des décomptes de TVA.
  • Participation active aux travaux de bouclement et clôtures (périodiques et annuelles).

Gérance & Support aux Promotions Immobilières ###

  • Gestion locative : établissement des baux, décomptes de charges/électricité, organisation des états des lieux et remises de clés.
  • Suivi administratif de projets : tenue des planificateurs financiers, gestion des contrats de réservation, suivi des actes notariés et entreprises générales.
  • Maintenance : suivi technique courant et organisation des dépannages.

Administration Générale & IT ###

  • Classement, archivage et organisation physique et numérique des pièces comptables et juridiques.
  • Support IT de premier niveau (résolution de pannes simples, gestion du matériel, imprimantes et connexions internet) - un atout.

Votre profil ##

  • CFC d-employé(e) de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent.
  • Certificat de comptable spécialisé edupool.ch au minimum (ou expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire). Intérêt pour le Brevet Fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité apprécié.
  • Expérience préalable réussie en comptabilité, idéalement au sein d'une régie ou d'un promoteur immobilier.
  • Maîtrise du logiciel Crésus comptabilité et facturation.
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation, rigueur, précision et esprit d'analyse.
  • Grande autonomie, proactivité et approche orientée solutions.
  • Aisance relationnelle et excellente communication orale/écrite en français avec les divers interlocuteurs (locataires, courtiers, notaires).
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office, avec une excellente pratique d'Excel).
