Description du poste ##

Mandaté par l'un de nos clients, une importante société industrielle de la région, nous recherchons un Comptable (H/F) afin de compléter leur département finance. Le poste est composé de divers aspects : 

  • Comptabilité générale : Tenue de livres auxiliaires · Passation des écritures de Caisse, Poste, Banque
  • Comptabilité créanciers : Imputation des factures et vérification · Saisie des factures · Vérification des relevés et rappels
  • Comptabilité débiteurs : Importation des factures en comptabilité · Vérification de l-importation · Saisie des encaissements et vérification · Suivi des débiteurs et rappels
  • Comptabilité analytique : Imputation des factures et check des anomalies
  • Bouclement : Aide au bouclement des comptes
  • Assurances : Assistance au suivi des assurances de l-entreprise
  • Divers : Organisation des voyages et déplacement de la Direction · Contacts avec les différents sponsorings

Exigences ##

Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC d'Employé de commerce ou formation équivalente Vous pouvez justifier minimum 5 ans d'expérience en comptabilité en Suisse et au sein d-une société industrielle Bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques  Microsoft Office et Excel Expérience dans l-utilisation d-un ERP serait un atout Personne rigoureuse,  polyvalente  et dotée d-une grande conscience professionnelle Esprit d-équipe, sens de l-écoute et de la communication. Bonne capacité d-analyse et de synthèse Disponible de suite
