About Our Client ##

Notre client est un groupe suisse de référence actif dans le secteur de la construction et des services associés. Dans le cadre d'un important projet de transformation financière et digitale, nous recherchons un(e) Comptable Expérimenté(e) & SAP S/4HANA à 100% afin de renforcer l'équipe Finance basée dans le canton de Fribourg.

Job Description ##

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, vous occupez un rôle hybride combinant responsabilités comptables et participation active à un projet stratégique d'implémentation ERP.Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Assurer la gestion comptable complète de plusieurs entités du groupe, de manière autonome ;
  • Réaliser les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi que les activités de reporting financier ;
  • Participer au suivi des aspects fiscaux et réglementaires des sociétés sous votre responsabilité ;
  • Contribuer à la consolidation des comptes selon les standards du groupe ;
  • Participer activement au projet d'implémentation de SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud ;
  • Intervenir en tant que relais entre les équipes Finance, les utilisateurs métiers et les parties prenantes du projet ERP ;
  • Participer à la définition, à l'harmonisation et à l'optimisation des processus financiers ;
  • Accompagner les phases de tests, validation, formation et mise en production du nouvel ERP ;
  • Contribuer à la digitalisation et à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus Finance.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Brevet fédéral en finance et comptabilité, Bachelor ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Expérience confirmée en comptabilité financière et gestion autonome de comptabilités ;
  • Expérience sur SAP S/4HANA en tant que Key User SAP ;
  • Participation à un projet d'implémentation, migration ou évolution ERP ;
  • Bonne compréhension des processus Finance et Comptabilité ;
  • Forte appétence pour les outils informatiques et la transformation digitale ;
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et organisée ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à évoluer dans un environnement en transformation ;
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et goût pour le travail en équipe.
