Porté par la Fodac - Fondation pour le développement des arts et de la culture -, Concorde espace culture (ci-après Concorde) est un futur espace culturel au cœur du quartier de Châtelaine à Vernier. Conçu comme un lieu de rencontre entre art, culture et lien social, ce centre proposera une programmation transdisciplinaire et éclectique, au sein d'une infrastructure d-envergure. Ouvert à toutes et tous : publics culturels, artistes, étudiant·es, habitant·es, professionnel·les de la culture, touristes, ce centre s-inscrit dans une démarche participative et inclusive.

C-est une aventure ambitieuse ayant pour mission de renforcer le tissu culturel local tout en participant activement à la formation des générations futures, au foisonnement artistique et au rayonnement de Genève. Concorde ouvrira ses portes en septembre 2026 dans un espace de 27-000m2 réparti sur quatre bâtiments, comprenant un équipement culturel conséquent mais aussi un hôtel, un restaurant et un immeuble de logements. Une équipe de 45 ETP sera recrutée d-ici à l-ouverture.

 

VOTRE MISSION :

Rattaché·e au responsable administratif et financier, vous participez à la gestion comptable quotidienne des différentes activités de Concorde (Centre Culturel, Hôtel, Restaurant, Logement) et collaborez étroitement avec les différents pôles de Concorde.

  • Contrôle, enregistrement comptable et suivi des factures
  • Préparation des fichiers de paiement
  • Pointage et réconciliation des comptes
  • Participation aux clôtures périodiques (mensuelles, trimestrielles, semestrielles, annuelles)
  • Archivage et classement des pièces comptables
  • Contribution à la mise en place et amélioration des processus comptables

 

VOTRE PROFIL :

  • CFC d'employé·e de commerce complété par une formation en comptabilité, diplôme ES en comptabilité, Bachelor en économie d'entreprise ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Première expérience professionnelle en comptabilité souhaitée (expérience en fiduciaire, un atout)
  • Bonne maîtrise des principes de la comptabilité suisse 
  • Maîtrise des logiciels comptables usuels (Abacus, un plus), ainsi que des outils bureautiques et collaboratifs
  • Intérêt marqué pour le secteur culturel et artistique
  • Rigueur, sens de l-organisation et grande discrétion
  • Qualités relationnelles permettant de collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés (direction, équipes internes, partenaires externes)
  • Curiosité, volonté d-apprendre et de développer ses compétences
