Introduction ###

 

Vous êtes un(e) comptable expérimenté(e) à la recherche d-un nouveau défi dans une entreprise dynamique et reconnue ? Fiduciaire Muller Christe & Associés SA, située à Neuchâtel, recherche un(e) Comptable fiduciaire expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe professionnelle et engagée. Ce poste est ouvert à un taux d-activité de 60% à 100%.

Dont les missions seront de :

  • Gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients entreprises (PME) dans le canton de Neuchâtel et en Suisse
  • Gérer tous les besoins comptables et administratifs des clients
  • Traiter de manière autonome les mandats pour les PME (comptabilité inclus les bouclements intermédiaires et annuels, administration des salaires et des assurances sociales, impôts
  • Participer aux révisions si nécessaire
  • Collaborer dans les projets et remplacer de vos collègues dans les mandats
  • Préparation de déclarations fiscales (personnes physiques et morales, gains immobiliers, successions)
  • Gestion des échanges avec les administrations fiscales (réclamations, recours, négociations)

Vous offrez :

 

Une première expérience réussie au sein d-une fiduciaire (4-5 ans)

Idéalement un brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité

Des compétences affirmées en gestion des salaires et assurances sociales

Le savoir-faire nécessaire en fiscalité (déclaration d-impôt personnes physiques/morales, décomptes TVA)

Des aptitudes en informatique et un intérêt marqué pour les nouveaux outils

Une force de proposition pour améliorer nos processus internes en continu

Un très bon niveau d'anglais et/ou d-allemand est un atout certain

Doté/e d'un excellent sens relationnel, vous savez allier analyse et synthèse, rigueur et méthode. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez le sens du service.

Responsabilités ###

 

En tant que Comptable fiduciaire expérimenté(e), vos principales responsabilités incluront :

  • Gestion complète de la comptabilité pour un portefeuille varié de clients.
  • Établissement des bouclements annuels et des états financiers.
  • Préparation des déclarations fiscales pour les personnes physiques et morales.
  • Conseil et accompagnement des clients dans leurs démarches administratives et financières.
  • Collaboration avec les autres membres de l-équipe pour garantir un service de qualité.

Qualifications ###

 

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, vous devez posséder les qualifications et compétences suivantes :

  • Diplôme en comptabilité ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fiduciaire en Suisse.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes comptables suisses et des réglementations fiscales.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants (MS Office, logiciels comptables).
  • Connaissance du français (obligatoire) ; toute autre langue est un atout.
