Pour renforcer sa section des finances et contributions, la Commune de Vionnaz recherche une personne motivée à s-investir dans une fonction variée, au cœur du fonctionnement d-une administration communale.

Comptable H-F (90-100%)

Tâches principales #

  • Gérer les créanciers, les paiements, les contributions et le contentieux.
  • Participer au budget, au suivi budgétaire et aux bouclements, notamment pour la Bourgeoisie.
  • Assurer certaines activités administratives spécialisées, notamment liées à l-agence locale AVS.
  • Collaborer à la gestion des salaires et des assurances.
  • Contribuer à la qualité des données, à l-amélioration des processus, au contrôle interne et à leur digitalisation.
  • Collaborer avec les autres services et apporter ponctuellement un soutien administratif et comptable à la structure d-accueil extrafamilial.

Profil et aptitudes #

  • CFC d-employé de commerce ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 ans au minimum dans un domaine comptable ou financier.
  • Bonnes connaissances de base en comptabilité et gestion administrative.
  • Intérêt pour les finances publiques et les assurances sociales.
  • Une expérience au sein d-une administration publique ou parapublique constitue un atout.
  • Aisance avec les outils numériques.
  • Personnalité rigoureuse, autonome, organisée et appréciant le travail en équipe.
