Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités et afin de renforcer un service en place et très professionnel, nous recherchons

un- une Comptable à 100 %

Mission générale :

Assurer, sous la conduite d-un chef de service, l-ensemble des opérations comptables liées à la société.

Les missions complémentaires :

  • Etablissement des bouclements des immeubles en gestion
  • Analyses et bouclements des décomptes de chauffage/eau chaude, répondre aux différentes demandes des locataires en relation avec les décomptes
  • Passation d'écritures comptables (encaissement des loyers -) et réconciliation des comptes de trésorerie
  • Réconciliation des comptes transitoires
  • Gestion et paiement des factures fournisseurs
  • Information aux propriétaires (clients) quant à la situation de leur compte
  • Gestion des comptes propriétaires en gestion de trésorerie séparée
  • Correspondances diverses

Profil exigé :

Expérience comptable en régie indispensable,

Expérience en gestion immobilière sous Quorum,

Maturité commerciale, licence universitaire ou formation jugée équivalente,

Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles et opérationnelles,

Parfaite maîtrise de l-outil informatique permettant une autonomie de fonctionnement (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL, INTERNET, QUORUM-),

Parfaite connaissance de la langue française (parlé et écrit),

Personne dynamique et motivée, capable d-intégrer rapidement une équipe déjà en place,

Sens du travail en équipe,

Aptitude à gérer les situations de stress,

Suisse ou permis valable.
