Notre client est un acteur historique du logement en Suisse romande, reconnu pour son engagement durable dans le développement, la gestion et la rénovation de son patrimoine immobilier. Dans le cadre du renforcement de son équipe financière, nous recherchons un·e Comptable immobilier à 80-100% pour rejoindre une équipe expérimentée basée à Lausanne.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Assurer la tenue complète de la comptabilité immobilière
  • Gérer les bouclements mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
  • Établir les décomptes de charges et les budgets d'exploitation
  • Participer à l'élaboration des états financiers et des reportings
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de gérance, les services techniques, les réviseurs et les partenaires externes
  • Garantir la fiabilité des données financières et le respect des délais
  • Participer à l'amélioration des processus comptables

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Expérience confirmée en comptabilité immobilière en Suisse
  • Formation en comptabilité ou en finance (CFC, brevet fédéral ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité générale et immobilière
  • Bonnes connaissances de Quorum 
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et orientée solutions
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et esprit d'équipe
