Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une régie immobilière genevoise solidement implantée sur son marché depuis de nombreuses années. Cette structure à taille humaine bénéficie d'une excellente réputation locale, d'une activité stable et d'une croissance maîtrisée. Dans le cadre du développement de son département comptable, notre client souhaite renforcer son équipe avec un comptable immobilier confirmé disposant d'une première expérience de quelques au sein d'une régie suisse.

Job Description ##

  • Gestion de la comptabilité d'un portefeuille d'immeubles locatifs
  • Traitement des encaissements et des paiements
  • Réalisation des rapprochements bancaires
  • Préparation des bouclements périodiques et annuels
  • Établissement des décomptes de chauffage et frais accessoires
  • Versement des disponibles propriétaires
  • Contrôle et suivi des comptes de gestion
  • Suivi des factures fournisseurs et des flux financiers
  • Collaboration étroite avec les gestionnaires d'immeubles
  • Participation à l'amélioration continue des processus du département

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Formation en comptabilité ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Première expérience confirmée d'au moins 3 ans en comptabilité immobilière en régie suisse
  • Bonne maîtrise des principes de comptabilité locative
  • Connaissance d'un ERP immobilier, un atout
  • Personnalité rigoureuse, organisée et fiable
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en appréciant le travail d'équipe
