Comptable immobilier (h/f) 50%-80%

 

Votre mission principale :

Tenue de la comptabilité immobilière complète d-un portefeuille d-immeubles locatifs et PPE ainsi que de la comptabilité d-entreprise.

 

Vos responsabilités : 

  • Gestion complète de la comptabilité d-un portefeuille d-immeubles locatifs et PPE ;
  • Préparation et validation des paiements de factures (y compris le versement des disponibles) ;
  • Établissement des décomptes de charges ;
  • Bouclement des comptes et établissement des décomptes de gestion ;
  • Relations avec la clientèle pour tout dossier en lien avec la comptabilité ;
  • Préparation et envoi des éléments fiscaux aux copropriétaires ;
  • Établissement de bilans, décomptes TVA ;
  • Gestion de comptes de liquidités et réconciliation ;
  • Suivi trésorerie ;
  • Gestion des salaires.

 

Votre profil : 

  • CFC d-employé-e de commerce ou titre jugé équivalent. Brevet fédéral de comptable un atout ;
  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans à un poste de comptable dans le domaine de l-immobilier (indispensable) ;
  • Expérience dans le domaine fiduciaire/comptabilité entreprise un atout ;
  • Sens des priorités et autonomie dans le travail ;
  • Flexibilité face aux imprévus et aux changements de priorités.
