Tes tâches en détail

  • Gestion complète des comptabilités immobilières de A à Z
  • Établissement des bilans mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
  • Réalisation des travaux comptables lors des entrées et sorties de mandats
  • Participation à l'élaboration des décomptes de chauffage et des charges
  • Préparation de reportings spécifiques aux clients
  • Soutien et collaboration avec les équipes de gestion immobilière
  • Travaux de projet et de nettoyage

Ton profil

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en comptabilité indispensable et formation continue dans le domaine des finances/immobilier un atout
  • Maîtrise assurée de l'allemand, bonnes connaissances en français
  • Tu es orienté solution et abordes immédiatement les tâches exigeantes
  • Ta manière de travailler est précise, autonome et orientée solution
