Nous recrutons, pour une fiduciaire reconnue de la place fribourgeoise,

un\-e Comptable interne à temps partiel

capable de prendre en main, avec rigueur et autonomie, les différentes tâches comptables liées à la gestion interne de la structure.

Au sein d'une équipe jeune, dynamique et engagée, vous occuperez une fonction centrale, avec un périmètre d'activité complet et concret, dans lequel votre sens de l'organisation et votre fiabilité feront la différence.

Description du poste --------------------

Vos tâches (liste non exhaustive)

  • Gestion et comptabilisation des écritures courantes
  • Suivi des créanciers, débiteurs et encaissements
  • Traitement des notes de frais
  • Comptabilisation des salaires et charges sociales
  • Réalisation des bouclements trimestriels et annuels
  • Établissement des décomptes TVA
  • Déclarations d'impôts pour personnes morales
  • Gestion des rappels et contentieux
  • Saisie des pièces bancaires pour la fondation de prévoyance

Lors d'absences dans l'équipe \- remplacements :

  • Élaboration de tableaux de bord (rappels, provisions, liquidités, etc...)
  • Traitement des encaissements

Profil recherché -----------------

Vous êtes une personne méthodique, consciencieuse et capable de travailler de manière efficace et structurée. Vous appréciez les environnements dans lesquels vous avez autonomie, confiance et des collègues sur lesquels compter. Dans l'équipe (4\), chaque personne gère ses sociétés mais back up en cas de vacances, d'absences.

Vous disposez idéalement :

  • d'un CFC d'employé\-e de commerce ou d'un titre équivalent
  • d'un diplôme de comptable spécialisé : c'est un atout !
  • d'une première expérience dans un poste similaire
  • d'une excellente maîtrise du français
  • de bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook, M\-Files)
  • d'une connaissance de WinEUR, un plus !
  • d'un bon sens des priorités et d'un réel souci du détail

Conditions proposées ---------------------

  • taux d'activité : 60% maximum
  • entrée en fonction : 1er octobre idéalement
  • salaire brut annuel à 100% : env. CHF 78'000\.\- (à 85K), à convenir selon profil
  • 5 semaines de vacances
  • 4 jours de congé supplémentaires offerts
  • fermeture annuelle entre Noël et Nouvel An
  • caisse de pension attractive
  • gratification annuelle en septembre
  • 13e salaire en décembre
  • place de parking possible selon disponibilité
