Comptable Senior – 100% \| Genève

pour prendre en charge l’ensemble de la comptabilité de ses activités et contribuer au pilotage de leur performance financière.

Véritable référent(e) financier(ère) pour le périmètre suisse, vous serez responsable de la comptabilité générale, de la fiscalité, de la trésorerie ainsi que d’une partie du contrôle de gestion. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Direction, les Ressources Humaines et les partenaires externes.

Vos responsabilités

Comptabilité générale – 75%

  • Assurer la tenue complète de la comptabilité : clients, fournisseurs, banques, immobilisations et opérations diverses
  • Préparer les clôtures mensuelles et annuelles ainsi que les bilans et comptes de résultat
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales, notamment TVA et impôt sur les sociétés, et préparer les contrôles périodiques de l’AFC
  • Effectuer les rapprochements bancaires et assurer le suivi quotidien de la trésorerie
  • Préparer les dossiers d’audit et coordonner les échanges avec les auditeurs externes
  • Assurer le suivi du factoring, des encaissements, des postes ouverts et des limites de crédit avec le partenaire externe
  • Contrôler les éléments de paie en collaboration avec la HR Manager, valider les DTA et assurer les réconciliations
  • Assurer un back\-up opérationnel pendant les absences, notamment pour les paiements et la gestion de la boîte mail Invoice

Contrôle de gestion – 25%

  • Produire le reporting mensuel et analyser la rentabilité et la productivité des collaborateurs et des différentes entités
  • Identifier les écarts et formuler des recommandations à la Direction
  • Participer à la préparation du budget annuel en collaboration avec la Direction
  • Suivre les écarts entre budget et réalisé et contribuer à l'analyse de la performance financière

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en comptabilité, finance ou équivalent
  • 6 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum en comptabilité, idéalement acquise dans un environnement suisse
  • Excellente maîtrise de la comptabilité suisse et de la fiscalité suisse
  • Expérience des clôtures, audits et déclarations TVA
  • Une expérience en contrôle de gestion / analyse financière constitue un réel atout
  • Autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon esprit analytique
  • Capacité à travailler de manière opérationnelle tout en ayant une vision globale des enjeux financiers
  • À l'aise dans un environnement international et avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et idéalement d'un ERP comptable
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel souhaité
