Votre mission

En tant que comptable senior au sein de notre fiduciaire, vous gérerez de manière autonome un portefeuille de clients variés (PME, indépendant.e.s, associations, particuliers), de la tenue de la comptabilité jusqu-au bouclement annuel, et en serez l-interlocuteur.trice de référence pour toutes les questions comptables, fiscales et administratives. Vos principales responsabilités incluront notamment :

  • Assurer la tenue et le contrôle de la comptabilité générale (débiteurs, créanciers, rapprochements bancaires) ;
  • Traiter les salaires de nos clients, les décomptes de l-impôt à la source et les décomptes annuels des assurances sociales ;
  • Établir les décomptes TVA (méthode effective ou taux de la dette fiscale nette) et la concordance annuelle ;
  • Réaliser les bouclements mensuels, intermédiaires et annuels et établir les états financiers ;
  • Présenter et commenter les comptes aux clients et préparer les dossiers pour l-organe de révision ;
  • Établir les déclarations fiscales des personnes morales et physiques, contrôler les taxations et rédiger les réclamations ;
  • Conseiller les clients (organisation comptable, trésorerie, budgets, optimisation fiscale courante) et les accompagner lors de créations d-entreprise ou de changements de forme juridique ;
  • Soutenir l-équipe et la direction d-Expertis et contribuer à l-amélioration des processus et à la digitalisation.

Votre profil

  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité, ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Maîtrise de la comptabilité jusqu-au bouclement, de la TVA et de la fiscalité des personnes morales et physiques ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances des salaires et des assurances sociales ;
  • Expérience confirmée au sein d-une fiduciaire ou d-un cabinet comptable suisse ;
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs mandats en parallèle et à respecter les délais légaux ;
  • Rigueur, autonomie, discrétion et respect strict du secret professionnel ;
  • Sens du service et aisance relationnelle ;
  • Esprit d-équipe et goût pour la transmission ;
  • À l-aise avec les outils informatiques usuels et logiciels comptables (Bexio, Winbiz, Dr Tax, Odoo, Excel, etc.).
