Miss Fit, réseau de fitness exclusivement dédié aux femmes, est en pleine croissance en Suisse romande. Afin de nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons une personne expérimentée et autonome pour prendre en charge le suivi comptable courant et administratif de nos activités, en collaboration avec notre fiduciaire.

Vos responsabilités --------------------

Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des tâches comptables en amont de la clôture des comptes, notamment :

  • Suivi quotidien de la comptabilité et des écritures comptables
  • Saisie et contrôle des factures fournisseurs
  • Suivi des paiements et encaissements
  • Gestion des débiteurs et des créances ouvertes
  • Établissement et suivi des rappels
  • Réconciliation des comptes et des paiements
  • Suivi des factures clients et fournisseurs
  • Préparation et contrôle des éléments nécessaires à la fiduciaire
  • Préparation et gestion des salaires mensuels
  • Gestion des décomptes et éléments liés aux salaires
  • Suivi des assurances sociales et autres démarches administratives liées à la comptabilité
  • Préparation des documents et informations nécessaires à la clôture annuelle
  • Collaboration étroite avec la fiduciaire pour assurer une comptabilité complète et correctement tenue
  • Soutien administratif ponctuel sur des tâches liées à la gestion financière de l’entreprise

La clôture des comptes et les opérations finales sont réalisées par notre fiduciaire. Vous êtes donc la personne de référence pour assurer que tous les éléments comptables et administratifs en amont soient correctement suivis, contrôlés et préparés.

Votre profil ------------

  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en comptabilité en Suisse
  • Formation en comptabilité, gestion ou domaine équivalent
  • Très bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité générale
  • Expérience dans la gestion des salaires et des assurances sociales
  • Personne autonome, organisée, rigoureuse et fiable
  • Sens des responsabilités et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels comptables
  • Une expérience avec une PME ou plusieurs entités constitue un atout
  • Français courant ; l’anglais constitue un plus
