Das sind Sie

  • Gästebetreuung auf höchstem Niveau: Herzlicher Empfang unserer Gäste und Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen, professionellen Service an der Concierge\-Loge.
  • Luxury Standards: Konsequente Einhaltung und aktive Anwendung von Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) sowie Forbes Standards entland der guest journey.
  • Erfüllung individueller Wünsche: Persönliche Betreuung von der Empfehlung lokaler Geheimtipps über Restaurantreservierungen bis hin zur Organisation massgeschneiderter Erlebnisse im Engadin.
  • Koordination \& Logistik: Nahtlose Organisation von An\- und Abreisen, Gepäck\- und Parkservice sowie die Koordination aller Shuttles und Transfers.
  • Netzwerkpflege: Aufbau und Pflege exzellenter Beziehungen zu lokalen Partnern, Bergbahnen, Veranstaltern und Dienstleistern in der Region.
  • Schnittstellenkommunikation: Sicherstellung eines perfekten Informationsflusses innerhalb des Concierge\-Teams sowie eine enge Zusammenarbeit über die Departments hinweg.
  • Fuhrpark\- \& Instandhaltung: Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Pflege und Werterhaltung des eigenen Fuhrparks sowie der eingesetzten Arbeitsmittel.

Das bewegen Sie mit uns

  • Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis als Concierge innerhalb der 5\-Sterne\-Hotellerie.
  • Luxus\-Servicestandards: Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit LQA\- und Forbes\-Standards.
  • Ortskenntnisse \& Leidenschaft: Ausgezeichnete Engadiner Regional\- und Ortskenntnisse oder die Motivation, sich diese rasch anzueignen.
  • Souveränität \& Ausstrahlung: Ausgeprägte Gastgebermentalität, diplomatisches Verhandlungsgeschick, absolute Diskretion und ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.
  • Arbeitsweise \& Mobilität: Selbstständige, hochstrukturierte Arbeitsweise, digitale Affinität und ein gültiger Führerausweis der Kategorie B.
  • Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil.
