Dans le secteur de la sécurité, la rigueur et la fiabilité sont essentielles. Nous recherchons un(e) concierge polyvalent(e) et autonome pour assurer l'entretien général, la propreté et la maintenance de nos 3 bâtiments situés à Genève, Rolle et Lonay.

 

MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :

Nettoyage et entretien des locaux

  • Depoussiérage des surfaces, bureaux, tables et équipements
  • Nettoyage des sols, des sanitaires (WC, éviers) et des espaces communs
  • Nettoyage des vitres extérieurs et intérieures
  • Entretien du garage et des zones de passage
  • Rangement général des espaces de travail
  • Gestion et sortie/rentrée des poubelles
  • Achat de matériel et produits.

Maintenance technique et logistique

  • Petites réparations et travaux de maintenance courante (peinture, retouches, etc.)
  • Remplacement des ampoules et gestion de la petite technique
  • Déplacement et suivi du nettoyage des uniformes au pressing
  • Vigilance quant au bon état général des trois bâtiments

 

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Expérience souhaitée sur un poste similaire
  • Sens de l'organisation, rigueur et souci du détail
  • Bricoleur/se, réactif/ve et autonome dans la gestion des tâches quotidiennes
  • Nationalité Suisse, permis C ou B, UE/AELE
  • Permis de conduire
