Concierge (h/f/d) Lieu de travail:Morges Taux d-activité:100% Date de début d-activité:De suite ou à convenir Département:Facility Services Management Tes tâches \- Maintien d'un contact permanent avec les clients et fonction d'interlocuteur pour les questions techniques. \- exécution de travaux d'entretien à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des bâtiments (p. ex. travaux de jardinage et de nettoyage) \- Réalisation de l'entretien et des réparations des installations et équipements ainsi que de leur documentation \- Passation et suivi des commandes aux prestataires de services et fournisseurs internes et externes dans le respect des coûts, des délais et des normes de qualité \- Exécution de travaux d'entretien et de petites réparations, si cela est techniquement possible \- disponibilité pour des interventions de piquet (première intervention) et des travaux de service hivernal \- Surveillance de la maintenance et de l'entretien des véhicules, machines et appareils attribués ainsi que des matériaux de nettoyage utilisés Ton profil \- Formation professionnelle artisanale achevée avec expérience dans la conciergerie ou diplôme de spécialiste en entretien d'entreprise CFC et/ou de concierge\* avec certificat fédéral de capacité. \- Capacité à s'imposer et bonnes aptitudes à la communication \- Disposition à travailler selon des horaires flexibles \- Très bonnes connaissances du français et bonnes connaissances d'utilisation de MS-Office \- Permis de conduire de catégorie B C'est ce que nous défendons et ce à quoi nous nous engageons - aujourd'hui et à l'avenir.
