Nous recherchons un(e) concierge d’immeuble fiable, soigneux(se) et autonome pour assurer l’entretien et la bonne tenue des parties communes d’un immeuble.

Le poste est lié à un logement de fonction de 3,5 pièces situé au rez\-de\-chaussée, avec terrasse privative.

  • Entrée en fonction : De suite ou à convenir
  • Lieu : Jean\-Pavillard 16, 1009 Pully
  • Taux d’activité : \~ 35 %, à définir

Vos missions

  • Nettoyage et entretien du hall d’entrée, des cages d’escaliers, cabines d’ascenseurs (1x par semaine)
  • Dépoussiérage et nettoyage des mains courantes et des vitres des escaliers
  • Nettoyage des locaux communs, comprenant notamment :
  • 2 buanderies (1x/semaine)
  • Caves (1x par mois)
  • Nettoyage et entretien du parking (1x par mois)
  • Sortir et rentrer les containers selon le calendrier (3x / semaine) et maintien de la propreté des locaux containers
  • Contrôle régulier et nettoyage des grilles et évacuations d’eau
  • Veiller de manière générale à la propreté et au bon état des parties communes
  • Signaler à l’administrateur les éventuels dégâts, dysfonctionnements ou travaux nécessaires
  • Collaborer avec l’administrateur pour la communication aux résidents
  • Déposer les affiches et informations dans les espaces prévus à cet effet ou dans les boîtes aux lettres
  • Assurer la recharge des cartes de buanderie
  • Veiller au respect des règles concernant l’affichage dans l’immeuble et s’opposer aux affichages non autorisés, à l’exception des communications des entreprises intervenant dans le cadre de travaux
  • Contribuer au maintien d’un environnement propre, ordonné et agréable pour l’ensemble des résidents

Profil souhaité

  • Soigneuse et ayant un bon sens de la propreté
  • Autonome, organisée et polyvalente
  • Ayant le sens des responsabilités
  • À l’aise dans les contacts avec les résidents et l’administration
  • Capable d’identifier et de signaler rapidement les problèmes
  • Faisant preuve de diplomatie tout en sachant faire respecter les règles de l’immeuble
  • Une expérience dans le domaine de la conciergerie ou de l’entretien d’immeubles constitue un avantage
