leteam sa est une entreprise de location de services fondée en 1987 et possède 28 agences partout en Suisse. Nous couvrons les domaines du bâtiment et du second œuvre, de l’industrie, de l’artisanat et de la technologie.

Pour le compte de l’un de nos partenaires situé dans la région de Bienne, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) Conducteur / Conductrice de Travaux Gros Œuvre expérimenté(e) pour assurer la préparation, l’organisation et le suivi de différents projets de construction.

Description du poste

  • Conduire et superviser des chantiers dans le domaine du gros œuvre
  • Assurer la gestion complète des projets, de la préparation jusqu’à la livraison
  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les différentes étapes des travaux
  • Préparer les chantiers et définir les moyens humains, techniques et matériels nécessaires
  • Coordonner les équipes, sous-traitants et différents intervenants
  • Réaliser les métrés et contrôler les quantités
  • Établir les décomptes et assurer le suivi des travaux supplémentaires
  • Participer activement aux séances de chantier
  • Assurer le suivi financier et contrôler les coûts des différents projets
  • Veiller au respect des budgets et des délais
  • Contrôler la qualité et la conformité des travaux réalisés
  • Assurer le suivi et la gestion des rapports de chantier
  • Veiller au respect strict des normes et consignes de sécurité
  • Anticiper les difficultés et proposer des solutions adaptées aux imprévus rencontrés sur les chantiers

Profil recherché

  • Formation solide et reconnue de conducteur de travaux
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite de travaux, idéalement dans le gros œuvre en Suisse
  • Excellentes connaissances des différentes étapes d’un chantier de gros œuvre
  • Bonne maîtrise des métrés, décomptes et du suivi financier des chantiers
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et intervenants simultanément
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et des priorités
  • Autonome, flexible, consciencieux et responsable
  • Bon esprit d’équipe et excellentes compétences relationnelles
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions et à trouver rapidement des solutions
  • Personne fiable, proactive et orientée résultats
  • Maîtrise du suisse allemand – niveau B2 minimum
  • Bonne connaissance du français, un réel avantage pour la région bilingue de Bienne
  • Permis de conduire
