Nous accompagnons l'un de nos clients, une structure reconnue dans son domaine, dans la recherche d'un Conducteur de travaux capable de piloter des projets variés avec rigueur et autonomie

Conducteur de travaux 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et garantir leur conformité
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs et contractuels des projets
  • Assurer la planification, l'organisation et le suivi des chantiers
  • Veiller au respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité d'exécution
  • Participer activement aux séances de chantier et assurer le reporting
  • Coordonner les différents intervenants (entreprises, mandataires, fournisseurs)
  • Superviser les appels d'offres, analyser les soumissions et participer aux adjudications

Profil

  • Formation dans le domaine de la construction (conducteur de travaux, ingénieur ou équivalent)
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de chantiers en Suisse
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et sens des priorités
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à fédérer les équipes
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et logiciels métier
