Conducteur de travaux

Nous recrutons pour le compte d'une entreprise active dans le management et le pilotage de projets de construction à Genève, un(e) Chef(fe) de projet / Conducteur(trice) de travaux. Vous prenez en charge la planification, la coordination et le pilotage opérationnel de projets de construction, depuis la phase d'appels d'offres jusqu'à leur livraison. Vous veillez au respect des coûts, des délais et de la qualité, tout en assurant une coordination efficace entre les différents intervenants.

Responsabilités

  • Piloter les projets de construction de l'appel d'offres jusqu'à la livraison
  • Planifier et coordonner les différentes phases d'exécution
  • Organiser et animer les séances de chantier
  • Coordonner les bureaux d'études, entreprises et différents partenaires
  • Assurer le suivi financier des projets et maîtriser les coûts
  • Garantir le respect des plannings et de la qualité des réalisations
  • Identifier les risques et anticiper les problématiques afin de mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires
  • Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction et des clients
  • Entretenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et veiller au respect des engagements pris
  • Anticiper les prochaines étapes et besoins des projets

Profil

  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction en Suisse
  • Bonne connaissance du déroulement d'un projet et de ses différentes phases
  • Maîtrise de la planification et du suivi des plannings
  • Bonnes compétences en gestion financière de projets
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de coordination
  • Aisance dans la communication avec les clients, entreprises et différents mandataires
  • Personne autonome, dynamique, rigoureuse et orientée solutions
  • Capacité à fédérer différents intervenants autour d'un même projet
  • Bon esprit d'analyse, sens de l'initiative et capacité d'anticipation
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel ; l'allemand constitue un atout
