Pour le compte d-un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conducteur de Travaux Bâtiment (H/F).

Vos futures responsabilités :

  • Vous assurerez la planification, l-organisation et le suivi des chantiers de construction.
  • Vous coordonnerez les différents intervenants : équipes internes, sous-traitants, fournisseurs et mandataires.
  • Vous organiserez et dirigerez les séances de chantier.
  • Vous suivrez quotidiennement l-avancement, la qualité et les délais des travaux.
  • Vous veillerez au respect des plans, des normes de construction et des règles de sécurité.
  • Vous établirez les plannings et adapterez l-organisation des travaux en fonction de l-avancement du chantier.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi financier des projets, le contrôle des coûts et des travaux complémentaires.
  • Vous contrôlerez les prestations réalisées par les entreprises et sous-traitants.
  • Vous serez l-interlocuteur privilégié des maîtres d-ouvrage, architectes et différents partenaires du projet.
  • Vous assurerez le suivi des travaux jusqu-à la réception et à la remise finale de l-ouvrage.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-une formation de conducteur de travaux, technicien ES, ingénieur HES en génie civil/bâtiment ou d-une formation équivalente.
  • Vous possédez une expérience confirmée dans la conduite de travaux dans le secteur du bâtiment.
  • Vous maîtrisez les différentes étapes d-un projet de construction, du gros œuvre aux travaux de finition.
  • Vous connaissez le marché suisse de la construction ainsi que ses normes et exigences.
  • Vous êtes à l-aise dans la gestion des coûts, des délais et des ressources.
  • Vous savez lire et interpréter les plans et documents techniques.
  • Vous possédez un excellent sens de l-organisation et savez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux et orienté solutions.
  • Vous appréciez le contact avec les clients, architectes, mandataires et entreprises partenaires.
  • Vous êtes un bon communicant et savez fédérer les différents intervenants autour d-un objectif commun.
