Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous renforçons notre équipe et recherchons un(e) Conducteur(trice) de travaux souhaitant s'investir dans des projets variés et évoluer dans un environnement à taille humaine, dynamique et entrepreneurial. Votre mission Rattaché(e) à la direction de l'entreprise, vous assurez le pilotage opérationnel de vos chantiers, de leur préparation jusqu'à leur réception. Vos principales responsabilités seront notamment de : Préparer et organiser les chantiers en collaboration avec les équipes de projet ; Planifier et coordonner les interventions des entreprises et sous\-traitants ; Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des travaux ; Veiller au respect des coûts, délais et exigences de qualité ; Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et anticiper les éventuelles difficultés ; Participer aux séances de chantier avec les différents intervenants ; Assurer la coordination avec les architectes, mandataires, entreprises et fournisseurs; Suivre les situations, métrés, travaux supplémentaires et décomptes ; Participer aux réceptions des ouvrages et au suivi des levées de réserves ; Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité ainsi que des normes et standards applicables, notamment les normes SIA. Votre profil Nous recherchons avant tout une personne fiable, autonome et impliquée, disposant d'une première expérience réussie en entreprise générale. Vous disposez idéalement de : Diplôme d'ingénieur indispensable, idéalement dans le domaine de la construction ou Génie civil ; 3 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la conduite de travaux obligatoire, idéalement dans la construction de logement ; Expérience en entreprise générale / entreprise totale indispensable, idéalement en Suisse ; De bonnes connaissances dans le suivi des coûts, délais et qualité ; Une bonne maîtrise des normes SIA et des pratiques de construction en Suisse est un plus ; Un réseau établi auprès des entreprises, sous\-traitants et mandataires de la région constitue un réel atout ; Une excellente maîtrise du français ; Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.
