Stellenbeschreibung

  • Piloter et encadrer les équipes de production sur chantier (5 à 12 collaborateurs)
  • Organiser, coordonner et planifier les travaux afin de garantir le respect des délais, de la qualité et des objectifs fixés
  • Assurer l'approvisionnement des chantiers en commandant les matériaux et ressources nécessaires à l'avancement des travaux
  • Suivre quotidiennement l'activité des chantiers et établir les rapports d'avancement
  • Contrôler et valider les heures de travail des équipes sur le terrain
  • Réaliser les métrés, assurer le suivi de la facturation et participer au contrôle financier des opérations
  • Élaborer les devis et les estimations budgétaires des travaux
  • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, de qualité et des directives techniques sur l'ensemble des chantiers

Profil

  • Diplôme de Technicien ES ou expérience équivalente dans la conduite de travaux gros œuvre
  • Expérience réussie dans la gestion de chantiers et l'encadrement d'équipes
  • Excellent sens de l'organisation et capacité à piloter plusieurs opérations simultanément.Personne autonome, rigoureuse et dotée d'un fort esprit d'équipe
  • Très bonnes compétences relationnelles et de communication
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et de Baubit
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
