Missions

  • Planifier, adjuger, organiser et coordonner les travaux de nos projets de constructions de bâtiments dans le canton de Fribourg
  • Veiller au respect des délais, des budgets et de la qualité.
  • Superviser les équipes sur site et assurer une communication fluide entre les différents intervenants (autorités, clients, architectes, ingénieurs, sous-traitants, etc.).
  • Contrôler l-avancement des travaux et garantir le respect des normes de sécurité en vigueur.
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs, contractuels et financiers des chantiers, y compris les séances de chantier, la facturation et le suivi budgétaire.

Vous apportez ###

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur génie civil, d'architect ou de conduite de travaux ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Expérience confirmée en conduite de travaux (minimum 3 ans) et dans le domaine de la construction.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément.
  • Bonne expérience en TCE.
  • Entrepreneur dans l-âme et esprit d-équipe.
  • Connaissances des normes et réglementation en vigueur.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils digitaux
  • Rigueur, organisation, flexibilité, un bon état d-esprit
  • Une bonne pratique de l'Allemand est un plus
