Pour nos prestataires, nous recherchons constamment des conducteurs(trices) d'engins pour intégrer nos équipes Neuchâteloises.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Préparation du matériel et du site : Vérifier et préparer les machines et équipements avant le début des travaux.
  • Conduite de machines : Manipuler différents types de machines (excavatrices, bulldozers, pelles, etc.) pour réaliser des tâches spécifiques comme le terrassement ou le nivellement.
  • Respect des plans et consignes : Suivre les plans, les schémas et les consignes des superviseurs pour réaliser les travaux avec précision.
  • Contrôle de l-état des machines : Vérifier régulièrement le bon fonctionnement des machines et effectuer les entretiens de routine.
  • Sécurité sur le chantier : Respecter les normes de sécurité et veiller à la sécurité des collègues et du chantier lors de l-utilisation des équipements.
  • Gestion du chantier : Assurer le bon déroulement des opérations en coordonnant l-utilisation des machines avec les autres intervenants.
  • Maintenance préventive : Effectuer des tâches de maintenance régulières et signaler toute anomalie ou besoin de réparation des machines.
  • Réparation et dépannage : Intervenir pour réparer ou dépanner les équipements en cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement.
  • Suivi des délais et de la qualité : Veiller au respect des délais de chantier et à la qualité du travail effectué avec les machines.

Wir erwarten ##

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience
  • Permis SUVA M1 obligatoire, M2 un gros atout
  • Expérience sur chantiers et bonne maîtrise des tâches pratiques
  • Esprit d-équipe et respect des consignes de sécurité
  • Bonne condition physique
  • Ponctualité, rigueur et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
