Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un·e Conducteur·trice de travaux, disponible de suite ou à convenir, capable d’organiser, de coordonner et d’assurer le bon déroulement de nos projets d’aménagement extérieur.

🎯 Vos responsabilités

  • Organisation, planification et suivi des chantiers
  • Coordination des équipes et des sous\-traitants
  • Suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité des travaux
  • Participation aux séances de chantier
  • Relation avec les clients, les fournisseurs et les partenaires
  • Demandes de prix et comparaison des offres
  • Commande des matériaux et organisation des livraisons
  • Réalisation des métrés, avenants et décomptes
  • Gestion des priorités et des imprévus

👤 Votre profil

  • CFC de paysagiste, maçon·ne, dessinateur·trice en bâtiment ou en génie civil, ou formation équivalente
  • Expérience dans la conduite et le suivi de chantiers
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques dans le domaine de la construction ou des aménagements extérieurs
  • Excellentes capacités d’organisation et de coordination
  • Aisance dans les relations avec les clients et les différents intervenants
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ; la connaissance du logiciel Baubit constitue un atout
  • Leadership, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
  • Rigueur, fiabilité et esprit d’équipe
  • Excellente maîtrise du français ; connaissances en allemand appréciées
  • Permis de conduire requis
