About Our Client ##

Notre client, une entreprise de construction à taille humaine, cherche son(sa) prochain(e) Conducteur(trice) de travaux, expérimenté(e), pour rejoindre ses équipes et travailler sur des projets haut de gamme.

Job Description ##

  • Coordonner et planifier les différentes phases de construction de projets variés
  • Être garant du respect des normes de sécurité et réglementations
  • Suivre l'avancement des travaux avec les différents intervenants des projets
  • Préparer les chantiers, planifier les séances et suivre les budgets
  • Rédiger des rapports réguliers
  • Participer à la négociation et à la résolution des problèmes techniques

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans sur un poste similaire en Suisse
  • Formation dans le secteur de la construction
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation et organisation
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
  • Expérience sur des projets haut de gamme un atout
