Venez renforcer notre équipe au sein du département Politique au Secrétariat central à Berne, dès maintenant ou à convenir, en tant que

Économiste spécialisé(e) en analyse d'entreprises (70 à 80 %)

Vos tâches Vous réaliserez des analyses d'entreprise du point de vue des salarié-e-s, qui serviront de base notamment aux négociations salariales et de conventions collectives de travail, ainsi qu'aux procé-dures de consultation en cas de licenciements collectifs. Vous conseillerez et accompagnerez éga-lement vos collègues sur place lors de procédures de consultation en lien avec des licenciements collectifs. Vous réalisez également des analyses spécifiques aux branches et de politique économique. Vous présentez les résultats de vos analyses et animez des formations sur des thèmes liés à la gestion d'entreprise et à la politique économique.

Votre bagage

  • Diplôme universitaire en sciences économiques (gestion d'entreprise ou économie politique) ou dans un domaine équivalent
  • Expérience dans l'analyse des rapports annuels et d'autres informations relatives aux entreprises, ainsi que dans l'évaluation de la situation économique et des stratégies des entreprises
  • Compétences avérées dans l'élaboration de bases ainsi que dans la transmission de contenus à différents groupes cibles
  • Maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand à l'oral comme à l'écrit et très bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue.
  • Esprit d'analyse et rigoureux-se
  • Grande autonomie, sens aigu de l'initiative, esprit d'équipe, orienté-e vers le service avec de très bonnes compétences en communication
  • Sensibilité en matière de politique syndicale, identification aux valeurs d'Unia
