Conseillère ou conseiller à distance - Clientèle Internationale (orientation compliance)

 

 

Vos missions principales :

 

  • assurer l'exécution des mesures spécifiques liées au traitement de la clientèle Retail domiciliée à l'étranger,
  • réaliser, en tant que première ligne de défense, les tâches de clarification BA/FT en matière d'entrée en relation, de revue de relation et de revue des transactions, 
  • assurer le traitement de l'ensemble des demandes de clarifications provenant notamment du département Compliance,
  • assurer le suivi des exigences réglementaires de la Banque notamment à l'aide des workflows y relatifs (y.c. EAR),
  • accueillir et servir les clients internationaux Retail en prenant en charge leurs demandes commerciales, administratives et de support sur les produits via le canal de communication approprié (téléphone, courrier, e-mail).

 

 

Votre profil :

 

  • expérience réussie dans la gestion des risques bancaires,
  • orientation résultats, autonomie et rigueur organisationnelle, 
  • parfaite maîtrise du français et de l-anglais (niveau C1).
