Rattachée au Service du travail de la Direction des sports et de la cohésion sociale, Emploi Lausanne est une pièce essentielle du dispositif mis en place par la Ville de Lausanne en matière d'insertion professionnelle et d'intégration sociale par le travail. Elle a pour mission d'augmenter les chances des bénéficiaires de ses prestations de s'insérer sur le marché du travail par un système de prestations développant leur employabilité et favorisant la prise d'emploi. Afin de compléter l'équipe des conseillères et conseillers en charge des suivis individuels des bénéficiaires en mesure d'insertion pour l'assurance invalidité et l'aide sociale, Emploi Lausanne recherche une conseillère ou un conseiller en insertion à 80%-100%.

Missions #####

  • Accompagner, conseiller et soutenir les participantes et participants dans l'atteinte des objectifs de la mesure
  • Piloter et coordonner les mesures d'insertion professionnelle avec les divers partenaires concernés, en particulier l'assurance invalidité
  • Assurer le bon déroulement des mesures d'insertion professionnelle au sein de nos ateliers ou entreprises partenaires
  • Contribuer à la gestion du réseau d'entreprises partenaires et à son développement

Profil #####

  • Bachelor universitaire ou HES en psychologie ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Formation complémentaire dans le domaine RH ou de la réinsertion professionnelle, souhaité
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans la réalisation de bilans professionnels, le conseil et l'accompagnement de bénéficiaires
  • Connaissances des problématiques de santé mentale et du dispositif de mesure de l'assurance invalidité, souhaité
  • Personne orientée résultats, sens de la négociation, de l'organisation, aisance rédactionnelle
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office et de communication
