Au quotidien, tu mets ton expertise au service de chaque client pour l-accompagner et lui conseiller des solutions adaptées à ses besoins. Fort d-une solide expérience dans la vente, tu joues un rôle clé dans le développement d-Assura et la satisfaction de ses clients. Ce que tu fais au quotidien

  • Tu développes ta clientèle en allant à la rencontre de nouveaux clients. Pour soutenir cette dynamique, tu t-engages activement dans la conception et à la mise en œuvre d-actions commerciales, en lien avec les enjeux du terrain et les priorités de ton équipe.
  • L-écoute des attentes et la compréhension des besoins guident ton approche : tu accompagnes chaque client en lui proposant des solutions adaptées et tu construis avec eux une relation durable et de qualité.
  • Tu assures un suivi rigoureux des échanges et des démarches administratives, pour offrir une expérience optimale et professionnelle dès le premier contact. Ton sens de l-organisation et ta capacité à créer du lien sont essentiels pour garantir un accompagnement de qualité.
  • Pour relever ces challenges, ton manager te soutient au quotidien et tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec toute l-équipe. À ton arrivée, un parcours de formation complet te permet d-aborder tes missions avec sérénité et de contribuer rapidement à la satisfaction de nos clients.

Ce que tu apportes à l-équipe

  • Tu as terminé une formation commerciale. La certification AFA serait un atout. Une première expérience réussie dans la vente t-a permis de développer un vrai sens du service et de l-orientation client.
  • Reconnu pour ton professionnalisme et ton intégrité, tes qualités de communication et ton esprit entrepreneurial sont également appréciés.
  • Tu disposes d-un véhicule personnel pour tes déplacements et tu apprécies l-autonomie et la flexibilité dans l-organisation de tes journées.
