Pour le compte d'un établissement bancaire suisse reconnu, ValJob Permanent recherche un·e Conseiller·ère Clientèle Entreprises souhaitant rejoindre un environnement dynamique et développer une clientèle composée de PME et d'entreprises. Dans cette fonction à forte dimension commerciale et relationnelle, vous accompagnez vos clients dans leurs projets et leurs besoins de financement, tout en contribuant activement au développement de nouvelles relations d'affaires. Vos responsabilités : - Gérer, fidéliser et développer un portefeuille de clients entreprises - Prospecter le marché et acquérir de nouvelles relations commerciales - Identifier et analyser les besoins financiers des entreprises et de leurs dirigeants - Conseiller les clients et élaborer des solutions de financement adaptées à leurs projets - Analyser les demandes de crédit et préparer les dossiers de financement - Prendre des décisions dans le cadre des compétences attribuées et assurer le suivi des engagements - Entretenir une relation régulière et proactive avec les clients, notamment au travers de rendez-vous et visites - Veiller au respect des procédures internes et des exigences réglementaires - Partager votre expertise et contribuer à l'accompagnement de collaborateurs moins expérimentés - Participer activement au développement du réseau et représenter l'établissement lors d'événements professionnels

Votre profil

\- Formation supérieure dans le domaine bancaire, financier ou économique, ou formation jugée équivalente - Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le conseil à une clientèle entreprises au sein d'une banque en Suisse - Solides compétences en analyse de crédit et financement d'entreprises - Certification SAQ dans le domaine PME, ou disposition à l'obtenir - Expérience dans la gestion et le développement d'un portefeuille clients - Réel tempérament commercial et capacité démontrée à développer de nouvelles relations - Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de négociation et de communication - Personnalité autonome, proactive et orientée résultats Date d'entrée : - De suite ou à convenir Qui sommes-nous ?
