  • Conseiller & accompagner tes client·e·s à long-terme: Tu accompagnes les client·e·s privé·e·s et entreprises dans toutes leurs questions d'assurance avec un réel engagement et proposes des solutions personnalisées, adaptées à chaque besoin individuel. En tant que conseiller·ère client·e·s, tu es là quand il le faut.
  • Créer des relations durables: La confiance est au centre de ton activité - tu entretiens et développes des relations clients solides, fondées sur un service d'excellence.
  • Contribuer activement à la croissance: Tu possèdes un bon réseau et tu investis dans l'acquisition de nouveaux client·e·s. Ton engagement contribue à l'expansion continue de notre portefeuille. Comment t'y aidons nous ? En te confiant un portefeuille clients, composé de client·e·s privé·e·s et d'entreprises.
  • Soutien marketing & vente: Avec des idées fraîches, tu contribues à nos actions marketing, participes à des salons et à divers événements pour renforcer notre réseau.
  • Toujours à la pointe: Grâce à notre formation de base et à des formations continues, tu restes à jour sur le plan technique et offres un conseil de la plus haute qualité.

Ton profil ##

  • Expérience & expertise: Tu disposes d'expérience dans le conseil à la clientèle ou dans la vente - idéalement dans la finance ou les assurances. Les personnes en reconversion, motivées et prêtes à apprendre rapidement, sont également les bienvenues.
  • Talent de communication: Tu sais enthousiasmer les gens et les convaincre. Tu te distingues par ta force de communication et de négociation. En tant que conseiller·ère client·e·s, tu sais argumenter avec assurance et disposes d'un excellent niveau de français.
  • Le service est ta force: Le travail en clientèle te passionne ; ton sens du service et ton orientation client sont exemplaires.
  • Engagement & esprit d'initiative: Avec une motivation supérieure à la moyenne et un esprit entrepreneurial affirmé, tu es prêt·e à accomplir de grandes choses et à dépasser les objectifs.
  • Ancrage régional: Tu habites dans région de distribution, où tu assures le suivi de ta clientèle. Tu disposes d'un solide réseau local et apprécies de créer et d'entretenir de nouveaux contacts.
