Fondée au début des années 1990, cette PME familiale suisse d'une cinquantaine de collaborateurs et collaboratrices conçoit et fournit des systèmes techniques pour le bâtiment, spécialisée dans l'étanchéité de toitures et les solutions durables (toitures plates, végétalisées, intégration photovoltaïque). Dirigée par ses responsables opérationnels, elle se distingue par sa hiérarchie plate, sa réactivité et son fort engagement en faveur de la durabilité et de la biodiversité. Présente sur plusieurs sites en Suisse (Suisse alémanique, Suisse romande, Tessin) et en Europe, elle occupe une position de leader de niche et poursuit sa croissance. Pour sa région Suisse romande, où vous intégrez une équipe déjà active, elle recherche un Conseiller commercial / Conseillère commerciale à 100%

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous assurez la vente active des produits et services
  • Vous entretenez les relations clients et assurez le suivi des fournisseurs et partenaires
  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez vos clients dans leurs projets
  • Vous développez de nouveaux clients dans votre région
  • Vous acquérez des projets sur l'ensemble du portefeuille produits
  • Vous assurez le suivi et la gestion de vos projets
  • Vous entretenez des échanges réguliers avec les interfaces internes et externes

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes issu / issue d'une formation technique ou artisanale (domaine du bâtiment) et disposez de quelques années d'expérience terrain en Suisse romande
  • Vous faites preuve d'une bonne capacité de représentation technique
  • Vous avez le goût du contact client et une belle aisance relationnelle
  • Vous êtes autonome, avec l'esprit d'équipe et une forte orientation client
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française et maîtrisez l'allemand à un niveau intermédiaire au minimum
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire
