**Vos tâches**

- Analyse de l'employabilité des clientes et clients ainsi que de la situation du marché du travail dans leur domaine de recherche d'emploi - Conduite d'entretiens de conseil axés sur les résultats, avec pour objectif de permettre à des clientes et clients issus de groupes d'âge, de nationalités et de profils variés de retrouver rapidement et durablement leur place sur le marché du travail - Élaboration de stratégies de réinsertion axées sur les solutions, transparentes et contraignantes, ainsi que leur suivi, leur évaluation et leur adaptation régulière lors des entretiens de suivi - Mise en œuvre ciblée des mesures relatives au marché du travail, ainsi que réflexion et optimisation de l'activité de conseil dans le cadre de la stratégie du service public de placement et dans le respect des dispositions légales

**Votre profil**

- Formation professionnelle achevée - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle avérée dans le contact avec les personnes, idéalement dans le conseil et/ou les ressources humaines. - Volonté de suivre la formation de spécialiste RH, orientation B, et d'obtenir le brevet fédéral si vous n'êtes pas encore titulaire d'un brevet fédéral de spécialiste RH ou de spécialiste en assurances sociales - Très bonnes connaissances du français à l'oral et à l'écrit, ainsi que des connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral - Très bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques
