Afin de renforcer notre équipe de vente dynamique, nous recherchons une personnalité proactive, dotée d'un excellent sens de la négociation et d'un fort esprit d'équipe.

Vos missions

  • Accompagnement des entreprises de mise en œuvre (plâtriers) dans la réalisation de leurs projets
  • Conseil et accompagnement des négoces de matériaux de construction dans leurs activités quotidiennes
  • Conseil aux entreprises générales et aux planificateurs dans la conception et le dimensionnement de systèmes de construction à sec
  • Planification des activités de marché en collaboration avec la direction des ventes ainsi que mise en œuvre orientée résultats des objectifs d'acquisition
  • Acquisition de projets, élaboration d'appels d'offres en collaboration avec le service interne et gestion des informations correspondantes dans le CRM

Votre profil

  • Formation de plâtrier, maçon, charpentier ou dessinateur en bâtiment
  • Idéalement, formation complémentaire en tant que conducteur de travaux, chef de chantier, technico-commercial ou architecte
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans la construction à sec et/ou la construction en bois
  • Expérience dans la vente
  • Personnalité communicative, avec une méthode de travail autonome et fiable
  • Maîtrise courante des outils MS Office
  • Ouverture à découvrir et à utiliser de manière professionnelle d'autres logiciels (ERP, CRM, BI)
  • Domicile dans la région de vente, un atout
