Conseiller de vente automobiles 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Développer activement un portefeuille de nouveaux clients particuliers et professionnels
  • Assurer la fidélisation et le suivi personnalisé de la clientèle existante
  • Conseiller les clients tout au long du processus d'achat et proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • Promouvoir efficacement les différentes gammes de véhicules, produits et services associés
  • Identifier les opportunités commerciales et assurer une veille active du marché régional
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau professionnel solide auprès des acteurs économiques locaux
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente fixés par la direction commerciale
  • Garantir une expérience client irréprochable et représenter l'entreprise avec professionnalisme

Profil

  • Être titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine de la vente ou du commerce
  • Expérience réussie et confirmée du plusieurs années dans la vente automobile
  • Disposer d'excellentes connaissances du tissu économique valaisan et d'un réseau professionnel développé dans la région
  • Démontrer de solides compétences en prospection, négociation et développement commercial
  • Être orienté résultats tout en plaçant la satisfaction client au centre des priorités
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation et d'un fort esprit de conquête
  • Posséder une présentation irréprochable ainsi qu'une excellente aisance relationnelle
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français, toute autre langue constituant un atout
