Conseiller de vente moto 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Accueillir les clients et les accompagner dans le choix du véhicule correspondant à leurs attentes
  • Conseiller et présenter les différentes gammes de motos ainsi que leurs caractéristiques techniques
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Organiser et coordonner les essais routiers dans le respect des procédures en vigueur
  • Établir les offres commerciales et mener les négociations jusqu'à la conclusion de la vente
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers clients et des contrats de vente
  • Développer et fidéliser une clientèle grâce à un service personnalisé et de qualité
  • Participer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de l'entreprise

Profil

  • Être titulaire d'un CFC dans le domaine de la technique motocycle ou du commerce
  • Expérience réussie dans la vente de motos ou disposer de très bonnes connaissances du domaine des deux\-roues
  • Être passionné par l'univers de la moto et suivre les évolutions du marché
  • Démontrer une excellente orientation client ainsi qu'un réel sens du service
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le français et disposer d'un très bon niveau d'allemand (minimum C1\)
  • Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'organisation, d'initiative et de rigueur
  • Avoir le goût du challenge et être orienté résultats
