Vos responsabilités ##

  • Accueillir les prospects et clients, analyser leurs besoins, les conseiller, leur faire découvrir et essayer nos véhicules, les aider à identifier le modèle répondant à leurs attentes, finaliser la vente en leur offrant une expérience riche et individualisée au sein de la concession
  • Accompagner vos clients jusqu'à la livraison de leur véhicule
  • Assurer le suivi de la relation bien après que le client, satisfait, ait quitté la concession
  • Devenir le conseiller privilégié de vos clients et leur donner envie de revenir !

Votre profil ##

  • Expérience de minimum 3 ans dans la vente automobile (avec CFC d'un métier en relation avec l'automobile ou dans le domaine commercial)
  • Capacité de négociation avec la clientèle
  • Aisance relationnelle, excellent communicateur et à l'aise dans la prospection
  • De langue maternelle française, vous avez de bonnes connaissances orales de l'anglais et de l'allemand (un atout)
  • Connaissances des outils informatiques MS Office
  • Vous êtes autonome et appréciez également de travailler en équipe
