  • es le premier point de contact pour tes clients en matière d'assurance et leur proposes des solutions personnalisées.
  • acquiers activement de nouveaux clients.
  • développes les relations existantes et accompagnes tes clients dans ta région.
  • conseilles aussi bien des particuliers dans les domaines de la prévoyance et des assurances de choses et patrimoine, que des petites entreprises avec des solutions flexibles.
  • accompagnes tes clients en présentiel ou à distance, grâce à des outils de travail numériques modernes.

Ce que tu apportes

  • disposes d'une longue expérience professionnelle en tant qu'intermédiaire en assurances certifié(e) AFA.
  • peux présenter un bilan de performance réussi dans les domaines de la prévoyance et des assurances Non\-Vie.
  • es ouvert(e) à notre approche du conseil global et à l'utilisation d'outils numériques.
  • fais preuve d'une forte motivation personnelle, d'endurance et d'empathie, ce qui te permet d'identifier proactivement les besoins des clients.
  • travailles de manière autonome et responsable, tout en étant un(e) véritable joueur(se) d'équipe.
  • maîtrises également les tâches administratives avec aisance.
  • possèdes d'excellentes connaissances du français à l'oral et à l'écrit ; d'autres compétences linguistiques sont un atout.
  • disposes d'un réseau personnel solide dans la région.
  • Des formations spécifiques en assurance sont un avantage.
  • possèdes un permis de conduire catégorie B.
