Stellenbeschreibung ##

Nous recherchons un développeur de clientèle autonome, doté d'excellentes compétences relationnelles. Après une formation complète sur nos services, vous serez responsable de la prospection de nouveaux partenaires, notamment des métiers du secteur de l'electricité et du bâtiment sur la région genevoise.

  • Développer le portefeuille clients par prospection (téléphonique, physique, etc.) et maintenir les partenariats forts existants
  • Recruter des profils adaptés aux besoins des clients et étoffer le réseau de candidats existants
  • Analyser les attentes clients et candidats afin de garantir les meilleures collaborations en phase avec les attentes de chacun
  • Renforcer votre visibilité, celle de leteam, et les liens avec nos partenaires à travers divers événements
  • Optimiser les relations et le réseau pour accroître le chiffre d'affaires
  • Assurer la gestion des relations avec les partenaires et les différents intervenants

Wir erwarten ##

  • Etre animé(e) par le challenge et la réussite
  • Tu es domicilié(e) à proximité de Genève et tu disposes d'un bon réseau
  • Etre issu(e) d'une formation technique (idéalement dans le domaine de l-électricité) et commerciale ou domaine équivalent
  • Avoir au minimum de 2 à 3 ans d-expérience dans un rôle similaire (recrutement, gestion de personnel, ou développement commercial)
  • Détenir un fort intérêt pour la vente, la négociation et le résultat (avoir une bonne connaissance des techniques de vente et de prospection)
  • Apporter sa plus-value grâce à sa personnalité, son authenticité, son dynamisme
  • Être autonome, tout en sachant s'entourer des bonnes personnes pour atteindre ses objectifs
  • Faire preuve de persévérance et de résilience face aux défis
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles : sens de la communication et aptitudes à créer et entretenir des relations de confiance avec les clients et les candidats
  • Parfaite maîtrise du français tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (une deuxième langue est un plus)
