Tu souhaites démarrer ta carrière dans la vente après ta formation ou tes études ? Dans le Sales Excellence Program, nous te préparons de manière ciblée, pendant 18 mois, à ton futur rôle de conseiller·ère clientèle. Tu découvriras le secteur de l'assurance depuis ses bases, développeras tes compétences en conseil et en vente et seras accompagné·e par des mentors expérimentés. Pas à pas, tu assumeras davantage de responsabilités, construiras ton propre portefeuille de clients et poseras les bases d'une carrière réussie dans la vente. 

* * Pendant le Sales Excellence Program, tu apprends étape par étape tout ce dont tu as besoin pour une carrière réussie en tant que conseiller·ère clientèle.  * Tu conseilles les clientes et les clients en personne ou par téléphone et acquiers une précieuse expérience pratique dans la vente.  * Tu acquiers de nouvelles clientes et de nouveaux clients et développes progressivement ton propre portefeuille.  * Tu soutiens le développement du marché dans ta région et prends des rendez-vous de conseil.  * Tu travailles avec des collègues expérimenté·e·s et bénéficies de leurs connaissances et de leur expérience.  * Tu participes à des activités de vente et de marketing et découvres différents canaux de distribution.  * Tu suis une formation de base complète, y compris la certification AFA financée par nos soins, et développes en continu tes connaissances techniques ainsi que tes compétences en conseil et en vente. 

Ton profil ##

* * Formation achevée (apprentissage, maturité ou études universitaires)  * Goût pour le contact avec les personnes et enthousiasme pour le conseil et la vente  * Excellentes capacités de communication, empathie et aisance relationnelle  * Esprit d'initiative, volonté d'apprendre et désir d'évoluer sur les plans personnel et professionnel  * Méthode de travail autonome et orientée vers les objectifs  * Excellentes connaissances du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit  * Permis de conduire, catégorie B  * Domicile dans la région ou volonté d'y construire un solide réseau
