Le département Legal & Compliance traite toutes les questions juridiques et s'assure que le comportement et les activités du groupe Raiffeisen sont conformes aux réglementations internes et externes. Au sein du service Legal, nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste capable de travailler en équipe, indépendant(e) et flexible pour renforcer le groupe Corporate Legal. Le lieu de travail est Lausanne, Zurich-Aéroport (the Circle) et/ou Saint-Gall et il est possible de travailler à domicile.

Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

  • Accompagnement sur l'aspect juridique de transactions financières complexes dans le secteur Clientèle entreprises
  • Soutien du secteur Clientèle entreprises dans les financements tels que les crédits bilatéraux, les Club Deals et les crédits consortiaux, y compris les garanties correspondantes, ainsi que dans les opérations de garantie
  • Accompagnement juridique autonome du secteur Clientèle entreprises en Romandie, avec un siège à Lausanne
  • Structuration, rédaction et négociation de contrats complexes, parfois en collaboration avec des cabinets d'avocats externes
  • Participation au développement de nouveaux domaines d'activité et de services financiers

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine du financement et du droit contractuel et des sociétés en Suisse
  • Expérience dans l'élaboration, l'examen et la négociation de documents de financement, de sûretés et autres contrats
  • Brevet d'avocat suisse et expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années (au moins 4 ans) après l'obtention du brevet
  • Excellente maîtrise du français (langue de travail principale), ainsi que bonnes connaissances de l'allemand et de l'anglais
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions, avec un sens élevé des responsabilités et une approche pragmatique des problématiques complexes
