Afin de renforcer notre équipe Clientèle entreprises sur le Littoral neuchâtelois, nous recherchons un-e Conseiller-ère clientèle entreprises expérimenté-e. Basé-e à Colombier, vous participez activement au développement de nos activités. Vous développez un portefeuille de clients PME et êtes le référent de la Banque pour l'accompagnement des sociétés immobilières et des promoteurs immobiliers, notamment dans le cadre de leurs projets de financement.

Qu'est-ce qui vous attend? ##

  • Vous êtes l'interlocuteur-trice privilégié-e de notre clientèle immobilière et l'accompagnez dans ses projets de financement ;
  • Vous conseillez et accompagnez une clientèle entreprises dans l'ensemble de ses besoins bancaires ;
  • Vous développez activement votre portefeuille grâce à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et à l'entretien de votre réseau ;
  • Vous analysez, structurez et présentez des dossiers de financement complexes dans le respect des exigences réglementaires et des standards de qualité de la Banque ;
  • Vous représentez la Banque auprès des acteurs économiques de la région et contribuez activement à son développement.

Qu'apportez-vous? ##

  • Une expertise reconnue dans le financement de sociétés immobilières et de promotions immobilières ;
  • Une solide expérience de plusieurs années dans le conseil à la clientèle entreprises au sein d'un établissement bancaire suisse ;
  • Une excellente maîtrise de l'analyse financière et du financement des entreprises ;
  • Une certification SAQ valable ou la volonté de l'obtenir dans les délais définis ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du tissu économique neuchâtelois et de ses acteurs ;
  • Une personnalité autonome, engagée et orientée solutions.
