Vous êtes titulaire de la certification AFA et aimez autant le contact clientèle et le conseil que la gestion et le suivi administratif ? Pour l-un de nos clients, acteur reconnu dans son domaine, ValJob Permanent recherche un·e Conseiller·ère à la clientèle pour renforcer son équipe à Lausanne. Nous recherchons avant tout une personnalité orientée service, à l-aise dans une fonction polyvalente mêlant accueil, conseil, gestion administrative et développement de la relation clientèle. Vos responsabilités: - Accueillir, renseigner et accompagner la clientèle par téléphone et en agence - Identifier et analyser les besoins des clients afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées - Conseiller la clientèle et assurer un accompagnement personnalisé - Établir et assurer le suivi des offres et des contrats - Prendre en charge le traitement administratif et le suivi des dossiers clients - Participer activement à la fidélisation et au développement de la clientèle - Collaborer avec les différents interlocuteurs et services internes - Garantir une prise en charge professionnelle, réactive et de qualité

Votre profil

\- CFC d-employé·e de commerce - Certification AFA obligatoire - Première expérience réussie dans le domaine de l-assurance, de la banque ou des services financiers - Expérience dans le conseil et la relation clientèle - À l-aise aussi bien dans le contact client que dans le traitement administratif des dossiers - Sens du service et capacité à identifier les besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées - Intérêt pour la dimension commerciale et la fidélisation de la clientèle - Personnalité organisée, rigoureuse, autonome et orientée solutions - Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels Une expérience préalable dans l-assurance constitue un avantage, mais nous sommes également ouverts à des profils issus d-autres secteurs disposant d-une solide orientation clientèle et souhaitant se développer dans le domaine de l-assurance.
