Pour la Banque Raiffeisen de Mont-Aubert Orbe, une banque dynamique, novatrice et très bien implantée dans la région « Nord-Vaudois », nous recherchons une personne au poste de conseiller à la clientèle afin de compléter notre réseau de distribution dont font partie les agences de Montagny, Orbe, Vallorbe et Sainte-Croix.

Conseiller à la clientèle (f/h/d)

Qu'est-ce qui vous attend?

- Garantie d'un haut degré de qualité dans l'accueil, la réception et le service à la clientèle - Élaboration de solutions personnalisées et adaptées aux besoins individuels sur des thèmes tels que les moyens de paiements, les solutions digitales, la prévoyance et les plans d'épargne en fonds de placements - Intermédiation des conseils spécifiques (placements, financement et prévoyance) aux conseillers spécialisés - Collaboration aux mesures de prospection du marché et tâches de représentation - Représenter et véhiculer avec conviction et enthousiasme les valeurs de notre slogan \#PROCHEDEVOUS

Qu'apportez-vous?

- Formation bancaire complète (CFC) ou équivalent - Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire - Excellente présentation et une aisance dans les contacts avec la clientèle grâce à votre entregent naturel, votre écoute et votre empathie - Bonne gestion du stress lors de forte affluence - Intérêt manifeste pour le travail en équipe tout en cultivant un esprit d'entrepreneur - Très bonnes capacités organisationnelles afin de garantir des hauts standards de qualité - Connaissance du tissu économique local et domiciliation dans la région seraient un plus
