Pour notre client, une banque bien implantée dans la région de Neuchâtel, recherche un·e Conseiller·ère à la clientèle senior afin de renforcer son équipe et d-accompagner le développement de sa clientèle. - Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients privés - Conseiller vos clients de manière personnalisée dans les domaines de la gestion de fortune et/ou du crédit. - Identifier les besoins, proposer des solutions adaptées et assurer un suivi de qualité. - Participer activement au développement commercial de l-agence. - Selon votre profil, apporter vos compétences managériales en accompagnant et soutenant l-équipe.

Votre profil

\- Expérience confirmée en conseil bancaire en Suisse. - Connaissances solides en gestion de fortune et/ou en crédit. - Excellente aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et esprit d-initiative. - Polyvalence et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en parallèle. - Des compétences managériales constituent un atout.
